All our products are in stock and ready to ship. However, if an inaccurate stock count is listed on our website and we cannot fulfill all your items at the time of purchase we will notify you immediately by phone and email. In this instance, we can fulfill the available products to you and either refund you the difference or keep your order open to await restocking of the back-ordered item.
DELIVERY TERMS:
Handling Time:
We do everything we can to process and ship the order as fast as possible. Our warehouse keeps our products in stock and ready to ship your order quickly.
- Orders placed by 5:00 pm PST, Monday–Friday, will be processed for delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & all major USA Holidays, the processing time will start on the next business day.
- All of our orders ship out from our central warehouse located in Lake Elsinore, California.
Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will be messaged the shipping carrier's tracking number by the method you selected at the time of purchase.
Shipping Carrier Times:
Shipping carrier times depend on where you are located in relation to our warehouse and the speed of the carrier.
Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will have access to updates by the carrier via a tracking number sent to you by either email or SMS.
Once orders ship out, they may arrive within 1-7 business days after the pick-up date at our warehouse. This is typical for most orders.
We ship most of the heavier packages by ground to ensure quality control and lower shipping fees.
Common delays in shipping can be due to addresses not verifying within the carriers' computer systems (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Rural addresses can also add unexpected delays due to their processing times at rural distribution centers.
Please understand, reasonable shipping delays due to carrier delays are out of our control. They are not good reasons for cancellation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship. The shipping costs are variable depending upon the total weight of the shipment and the distance to the customer.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Cold Weather Deliveries
Please plan ahead and allow time to bring liquids back to room temperature if your order was shipped into cold weather.
Sales Taxes
Sales tax may be calculated during checkout by the states.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are ONLY able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Returns & Refunds
Prior to sending any returns, please contact customer service at support@adhesivelink.com. In some cases, a return may not possible. Please contact us by providing a photo of the product, order information, and your best contact details.
